This is my response to this article in titled Re: I spent my savings on an ‘elite’ matchmaking agency only to meet an array of mediocre men
This article should come as no surprise as more and more women who are oblivious to the wall try to play up their hypergamy and proverbial dating cards. The woman in the article says that she was on the wrong side of 50. First of all, there is no right side of 50. 50 is just 50.
She also says …
I soon tired of online dating and receiving messages from over weight baldies who peppered their emails with childish emojis. I hankered to find Mr Right-for-me, a man who was suitably educated and a successful professional.
Lady, you are 50 you should be lucky ANY man would want to talk to you. This Person is beyond delusional and this is caused by what I like to refer to as the dating time warp or DTP. This happens when a person has been in a long-term relationship for so long that they don’t realize that their looks and value have declined in the dating marketplace. This may be due to weight gain, physical scars (like stretch marks caused by child birth) or in this case aging. These people don’t realize this and think they are a good catch and can still attract high-value males.
She then proceeds to say that she gave this marketing agency £6,000 or about $7,650 USD wich was all of her life saving. Wait WTF, how is it that all you have left for a life savings? Maye I am missing something here but unless you want to live in a card board box £6,000 isn’t enough to retire on. Forthermore if that was all you had then maybe this dating service was not for you.
This is just another example of why men need to go their own way. Even broke women in their 50’s will deem you mediocre.
